Can I choose the type of beds in my bedroom? (double bed – two beds)
In the standard bedrooms, yes.
Do the bedrooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
50% of the standard and executive bedrooms have one and the superior rooms have a balcony.
Do you have any quiet and romantic bedrooms? How can I reserve?
All our superior bedrooms, suites and executive rooms can be reserved for a romantic stay. Consider our Romantic Getaway offer.
Are there non-smoking bedrooms?
Yes, available on request. Please mention this in the booking form.
Is there a smoking area?
Yes, smoking is possible in the cafeteria.
Are cots available?
Yes, it has a supplement 9€+VAT. Please mention this on the form when you make your booking.
Is there a children's menu?
We have a special menu for children under 10 years old, which costs 12€, and breakfast for 6€. If you would like something special for your child, that is not a problem.
How many floors does the building have? Is there a lift?
5 floors and yes, there is a lift.
Is there air conditioning in the bedrooms? It is on all year round?

Is your hotel adapted for the disabled?
Yes, please mention this on the booking form to make the necessary arrangements.
Can you look after my luggage when I check out of the bedroom?
Of course, there is a free left luggage service.
Where can I park my car in a safe place? How much does it cost?
The hotel has a private car park, which costs 15€ a day (2009). We recommend this, as it is difficult to park in the hotel area and the metered zone (which covers the whole area) costs €1.10 per hour.
Do you have any Internet or e-mail point in the hotel for clients?
There is a laptop rental service. It costs 5€ per hour.
Do you provide broad band Internet in the bedroom for my laptop? Is it wireless?
Yes, we have wi-fi throughout the hotel and it is free.
What languages do they speak at reception?
Spanish, Catalan, English and French.
Where can I hire a car?
We will arrange the service for you at reception.
Where can I buy tickets for Port Aventura?
In the hotel itself and at the same price as in the park. The advantage is that you avoid queuing.
Is it open all year round?
Yes, unlike most hotels in Salou, we are open all year round and we have all the facilities that this requires. Our location is ideal in the summer, as we are 2 minutes from the beach and yacht club, and ideal for winter in town, where life goes on and businesses are open all year round. Calle Levante is a side street off the main street in Salou, Calle Barcelona.
