“Xaus” Restaurant

The hotel's restaurants have been one of its strong points since its beginnings. Unlike the typical buffet service provided on the coast, the Regente Aragon has table service and a very high quality and highly varied menu.

The hotel's restaurant, Restaurante Xaus, has a modern and informal style with light leather chairs and wooden tables. There is a daily standard menu service featuring Mediterranean cuisine.

One of our “great “differences is that our pension is a minimenu, to which we daily add two first and two second plates of the day, so that our guests can enjoy a lot of variety.

The menu may be subject to changes as we always use the freshest seasonal produce.
