RESTAURANT

• Our restaurant respects the security distance between tables
• At all times, we respect the approved seating capacity as restricted by the government.
• Breakfast. We served buffet breakfast, The breakfast is by shifts in order to guarantee a secure entrance to the restaurant. It is necessary to wear mask and gloves.
• Our restaurant offers half board in the form of a daily menu. There is no buffet.
• There is no room service. The room is a private space where only the client and the cleaning staff will enter. We have set up a take away service that you can book by phone.

APARTMENTS

• Textiles have been removed.
• If you want us not to do the room for you during your stay or to just do the bathroom, do not hesitate to tell us.
• The sheets and towels are subjected to a washing time of 13 minutes at 80º. The rest of the process is done between 60 and 90 degrees.
• The room disinfection protocol has been revised according to ICTE regulations – We disinfect the rooms with an approved virucidal product, which is also biodegradable.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• We have implemented online check in. We send our clients a form to fill in before arrival. We also send a bank securised link to pay the room before arrival. In case the client does not want to fill it there is no problem but it makes shorter the timings and contacts.
• There are labels through the whole building. Please respect the rules.
• In the hotel you must wear the mask, even in the restaurant or at breakfast time. You can take it away just for eating or laying in the sun.
• It is necessary to use the hydroalcoholic gel before entering in the different common areas.
• Please always clean your feet on the rugs.
• Check-in in rooms is from 2pm. we are in special circumstances where we assign the rooms under disinfection criteria. Be patient.
• In the event of any breakdown, the maintenance staff will only enter the room when you have left it, except if you have a problem in a safe.
• In the pool area the capacity will be respected. The hammocks cannot be moved as they are located in a way that respects distance. If you do not have a free hammock, go up to the pool at another time. In the pool glass you have to respect 2 meters of distance.
• The common bathrooms on the ground floor are only operational at mealtime. Please use the one in your room during the rest of the hours.
• Do not share an elevator. Only members of the room can go up in the elevator in the same shift
• On the day of departure, leave the room windows open to increase the period of ventilation.
