What time is check-in and check-out?

Can I have a late check-out?

Subject to availability, you can prolong your stay for a small surcharge. Check at the reception desk.

Can I choose the bed type in my room? (Double bed – twin beds)

Only for Standard Rooms.

Do rooms have balcony or terrace? Can I book one?

50% of Standard and Executive rooms have balcony or terrace and Superior rooms have a balcony.

Do you have a romantic and quiet room? How can I book it?

All of our Superior and Executive rooms and Suites can be booked for a romantic stay. Make the most of our Romantic Offer.

Are there non-smoking rooms?

Yes, but they must be requested in advance. Please notify us in the booking form.

Are there baby cots available?

Yes, with a surcharge of 9€ + VAT. Please notify us during the booking process.

Is there a children’s menu?

For children under the age of 10, we have a special menu priced at 12€ and breakfast for 6€. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we will do everything possible to meet them.

How many floors does the hotel have? Is there an elevator?

The building has five floors and an elevator.

Is there air-conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year long?

Yes.

Is the hotel adapted for guests with reduced mobility?

Yes. Please notify us in the booking form so we can accommodate you.

Can we store our luggage after checking out?

Yes. There is a free luggage-storage service.

Where can I park my car in a secure place? How much does it cost?

The hotel has private parking at the cost of 15€/day (2009). We recommend that you use this facility since it is difficult to find a parking space near the hotel and the parking cost in the blue area (which surrounds the hotel) is 1.10€/hour.

Is there an Internet Corner at the hotel for clients?

There is a mini-laptop rental service available. Price: 5€/hour

Is there a high-speed wireless Internet service at the hotel?

Yes, we offer Wi-Fi throughout the hotel for free.

Which languages do the hotel staff speak?

Spanish, Catalan, English and French.

Where can I rent a car?

We can rent a car for you at the reception desk.

Where can I buy tickets for PortAventura?

You can purchase them at the hotel for the same price that you buy them at the park without the long queues.

Are you open all year long?

Yes. Unlike most hotels in Salou, we are open all year long and are ready for it. Our location is ideal for summer, just 2 minutes from the beach and the nautical club; and also perfect for winter, near the lively city centre and shops that are open throughout the year. Carrer de Llevant is a street that is off Carrer Barcelona, Salou’s high street.
